SMS Program Terms

One Smile Aesthetics operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with patients and prospective patients about appointments, screenings, service updates, and related care.

How to opt in

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from One Smile Aesthetics by:

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your interaction with us. You may receive transactional messages such as appointment reminders, screening responses, and care updates.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply, based on your wireless carrier and plan. One Smile Aesthetics does not charge any fee for sending or receiving SMS messages.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from One Smile Aesthetics. Once you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from us. To opt back in later, reply START or submit the consent form again.

Supported carriers

The One Smile Aesthetics SMS program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, US Cellular, MetroPCS, Boost, Cricket, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We treat your phone number and SMS interactions as confidential. We do not share, sell, or transfer SMS-related data — including your phone number, consent records, or message content — to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Changes
